Camella Mumm

Camella Mumm is in charge of Research at Lonergan Partners. In this role, Camella manages the only research department inside a recruiting firm on the West Coast. Camella works closely with recruiters and clients first to develop search strategies and then to identify, cultivate, evaluate, and manage prospective candidates. She carefully monitors the software, Internet, hardware, networking, new media and electronics markets.
Camella has thirteen years experience in executive recruiting and has served as a Senior Associate Recruiter and Director of Research. As such, Camella has been a contributing team member on hundreds of senior technology search assignments at the CEO and executive management levels.
Prior to joining Lonergan Partners in 2005, Camella spent ten years at Heidrick & Struggles International as a Senior Associate in the Menlo Park Office where she focused on recruiting senior technology executives for CTO and Vice President of Engineering positions. Earlier at Heidrick & Struggles, Camella was the Information Manager for the firm’s Global Technology Industry Practice providing research to the Partners internationally. Camella has a BS in Human Resource Management and is a Member of the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals. She is a Board Member at Non-profit Palcare in Burlingame, California.
