Dotty Schaffer has responsibility for the firm's Semiconductor and Electronics executive search practices. As an executive recruiter with over fifteen years experience, Dotty has led over 100 executive search projects. Dotty has built client and candidate relationships with some of the top companies in technology markets, including: Xilinx [NASDAQ: XLNX], Cypress Semiconductor [NYSE: CY], Zilog [NASDAQ: ZLOG], Cirrus Logic [NASDAQ: CRUS], My Family.com, BEA Systems and Kazeon.
Before joining Lonergan Partners in 2003, Dotty was a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles conducting projects for senior management in the Silicon Valley offices of that firm. Previously, Dotty, was responsible for the technology focused executive search practice of with San Francisco-based Hall Kinion and Associates.
In her prior career, Dotty Schaffer was a music teacher at acclaimed performing arts magnet schools in the Midwest and in the Bay Area. Dotty has a degree from Bowling Green State University. She and her husband Chris, have two grown daughters and live in Los Gatos, California.
