We spend time with Board members and senior operating executives to understand how the company works. These early discussions are supplemented with feedback from senior executives outside the company, executives with deep understanding of the markets and technologies our clients work in. Finally, we benchmark top companies in the market in order to understand competitive positioning and complete a needs analysis.

We offer this mapping service in the first week of the assignment, and refresh our research work every two weeks for the duration of the search project.
